About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking an experienced Python Front-End Developer who is passionate about building scalable, responsive, and intuitive SaaS applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with our product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend developers to design, develop, and optimize the user interface for our new platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end development with Python-based frameworks and experience working within SaaS environments.

You will have the opportunity to shape the user experience for a product that supports businesses managing telecom expenses and telecom-related processes.

Your work will directly impact on the success of the product by ensuring our users have a high quality and simplified user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Front-End Development : Design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and performance-optimized front-end components for our new SaaS platform.

• Framework Expertise : Build the front-end using Python-based frameworks such as Flask or Django and integrate with modern front-end technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• User Experience Design : Collaborate with the UX / UI team to implement clean, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces, optimizing the user journey across devices.
• API Integration : Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth, efficient data flow between the frontend and backend.
• Scalability & Optimization : Ensure the application is optimized for scalability, performance, and responsiveness to handle increasing numbers of users and data.
• Testing & Debugging : Perform thorough testing of front-end features, including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure code quality, stability, and security.
• Collaboration : Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer working on SaaS applications.

Required and Desired Skills / Certifications :

• Proficiency in Python : Experience using Python for front-end development, particularly with frameworks like Flask or Django for rendering and building front-end components.
• Front-End Technology Expertise : Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React , js , Angular ) for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• UI / UX Principles : Understanding of UI / UX design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create intuitive user experiences.
• RESTful API Integration : Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs , ensuring smooth integration between front-end and backend services.
• Responsive Design : Experience developing responsive web applications, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Version Control & Collaboration : Proficiency in Git and working with collaborative development platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket .
• Testing and Debugging : Strong experience in writing and maintaining tests for front-end code, ensuring high quality and performance of the product.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
• Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and monitor for extended periods.
• Visual acuity to perform activities such as reading technical documents, coding, and reviewing designs on screens.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members through digital collaboration tools (e.g., video calls, emails, chat platforms).
• May occasionally be required to lift and carry lightweight materials (up to 10 lbs) like laptops, manuals, or documents.
• The ability to travel and work from the office in a full time capacity.
