The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all buildings in a safe, clean, and professional manner.
- View the addresses and photos of our Indianapolis area centers to visualize the environments this role will support.
- Requires daily travel throughout Indianapolis to support multiple locations.

- Full time, Monday - Friday, Day shift.
- Pay rate up to $24.00 per hour for candidates who meet qualifications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Prioritize maintenance items and complete small to medium repairs; contact other professionals to complete large repairs.
- Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment.
- Communicate with management on task status.
- Complete weekly invoices, daily routine sheets, and submittal of receipts.
- Find creative solutions to reoccurring issues.
- General Labor.
Requirements : What you bring :
What you bring :
- At least 2 years of current experience in maintenance of commercial buildings.
- Experience providing services to multiple buildings.
- Available for daily travel throughout Indianapolis to support multiple locations.
- Qualified to safely resolve basic plumbing and electrical needs.
- Carpentry, drywall, paint.
- Proficiency with work order and service ticket systems.
- Confidence to chat with clinicians and clients in our centers and articulate with vendors and management.
- Expert user of electronic communication devices for providing real-time updates to customers.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, technical training or degree is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement).
- Important Note : Safety is a priority at Lighthouse. You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
