JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with day-to-day benefit operations and projects. 4-6 years experience
No day in benefits is the same. Some day's you're dealing with employee issues or resolving tickets. Other days you are helping to set strategy or running reports to make recommendations on benefits design.
No matter what the day, I need someone who can come in and hit the ground running with little oversight. The person needs to be quick on their feet and a self-starter.
