The Financial Services Tech HR Business Partner team seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates.
This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Financial Services Tech and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs and broader Technology and Financial Services organizations.
- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work).
- Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross-pollination, collaboration, and high performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or military experience.
- At least 6 years of client facing experience OR at least 6 years of consulting experience OR a combination.
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Masters degree.
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification.
- 8+ years of client facing experience or 8+ years of consulting experience or a combination.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.
