The IT Finance Senior Manager is a leadership position within the IT organization covering the global financial solutions such as Invoice to Cash, Tax, Cost Accounting, Treasury leading a global solution team.

This role works across the different areas of Finance to support Micron’s end-to-end processes and solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven track record to partner across numerous financial areas to deliver enterprise capabilities with a strong architectural vision translating business needs into scalable system solutions and building a positive relationship with the Finance business leaders.

Leadership Expectations

Build and lead global IT teams to deliver the Finance multi-year roadmap and solutions through close collaboration with business partners and internal technical partners

Lead change for large scale multi-site S / 4HANA Implementation and other related transformational change efforts, including but not limited to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives;

organizational restructurings; organizational capabilities development.

Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet business objectives develop and gain support for roadmaps that detail the journey to best-in-class

Partner with PMO organization to ensure area portfolio delivery in terms of priority, schedule, cost, scope, and quality, while providing transparency to the business organization

Build and manage relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations

Bring a strong technical foundation; be able to engage the team on architecture, design, and deep dive on sophisticated solutions, platforms, and interface design, while also educating more technical staff on the underlying business principles

Keep up with the latest industry trends to ensure we are appropriately using our tools

Attract top talent and manage a team to ensure high functioning organization while adhering to budgetary constraints

Key functional areas of responsibility include :

Invoice to Cash

Treasury

Financial Planning

Mfg Accounting : Capital, Standard Cost Accounting

Investor relations

Cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Sales, Legal, and Manufacturing is required to ensure end to end solution delivery

Professional Experience Required

Degree in IT or Finance or equivalent industry experience

10+ years of progressive IT systems implementation leadership experience

Finance business process and foundational concept knowledge

Experience directing a team with full scope of implementation across a global enterprise

Experience in 2 or more solutions S4 Central Finance (highly desired, S4 Implementation, BlackLine, IECS, RPA

Semiconductor or High-tech Industry experience (helpful)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Build positive relationship with software vendors to influence solution roadmap

Leadership savvy including mentor, team- building, and conflict resolution

Strong leadership, communication, consulting and influencing skills

Ability to define metrics, quantify business value provided by Finance across the enterprise

Highly self-motivated, detail and outcome oriented

Program / Project management, with experience leading multiple large projects

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is :

$135, - $302,

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.

The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
