State Farm Insurance Agency seeks an insurance licensed and experienced Insurance Agent Account Representative-Agent Team Member.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs.
- Grow our insurance business through value-based insurance conversations and exceptional insurance customer experiences.
- Actively promote, sell and service insurance products to both individual and business insurance clients.
- Guide clients through different insurance coverage options and assist with insurance policy renewals and changes.
- Collaborate with the agent to develop and achieve insurance marketing goals.
- Utilize insurance leads effectively, schedule appointments, and provide personalized insurance solutions to clients.
Qualifications :
- Insurance licensed (Property & Casualty - Life & Health)
- Insurance agency experience with a proven track record of service and / or sales success preferred
- Driven to succeed
- Positive attitude / Coachable
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to build Rapport with existing and prospective customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
- Innovative in develop prospective insurance clients
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, insurance experience, education, insurance licenses and certifications.
This position is with a neighborhood Chicago State Farm Insurance Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.
