Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working on projects for a prestigious government client.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
The candidate must reside in the EST time zone, and either be eligible for or possess an active security clearance. Key Responsibilities : Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs. Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders. Qualifications : 7-10 years of experience in business analysis. Proven experience working on government projects.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar.
