Establish and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with customer representatives.
Act as the main onsite contact for customer and Management Account Management.
Address customer claims and potentially negative situations professionally, completing necessary system documentation as required.
Synchronize customer property receipt and delivery between the customer and our facility.
Document and report pertinent feedback and information to the Account Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring timely bi-directional communication.
Perform any tasks or assignments as requested by supervisory management.
Working hours : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Ability to follow procedures, prioritize multiple tasks, and produce accurate, high-quality, detailed results.
Well-organized, self-starter capable of working independently while promoting a team environment.
