Your New Role :

As our Customer Service and Dispatch rock star, you’ll be the lifeline for our customers and the backbone of our operations.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Answering phone calls within two rings
• Scheduling plumbing appointments and managing customer information
• Communicating with customers to provide updates and schedule services
• Dispatching technicians to jobs best suited to their skills
• Supporting the management team with clerical tasks
• Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation with flexible scheduling

• 1-3 years of dispatching experience
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of administration or home service company experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional customer service demeanor
• Ability to sit for long periods and navigate a basic office setting
• No felony record or drug use
• Minimum 45 wpm typing skills
• Knowledge of DESCO software is a plus but not required
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude to meet the current atmosphere
