Purpose : The purpose is to make the Therapists (including Therapy Assistants) as productive as possible by accomplishing all the tasks that a Therapy Tech is legally allowed to perform.
To assist the Therapists so that appointments go smoothly for both the Patient and Therapists. It is difficult to deliver high quality care in a successful manner without a Therapy Tech.
A therapy technician does the following :
- Enhances the Therapists efficiency
- Ensures a safe, clean and organized environment at all times
- Ensures that everything a Therapists needs to provide treatment is ready, stocked and available
- Ensure we have happy patients who feel they have been heard.
