You will support ongoing tactical and strategic initiatives within the Hydronic Solutions team. These include supporting product life cycle of current boiler and indirect heating products, along with new product launches as part of our strategic roadmap.
Examples comprise creating easy-to-use energy savings analysis tools, applications guidelines, engaging sales literature, and dynamic customer presentations.
This internship is onsite, and is open to the Blauvelt, NY or Fort Worth, TX locations. You will report to the Sr. Product Manager, Hydronic Solutions.
You Will :
- Assist with management of the Product Life Cycle
- Perform tasks associated with new product launches
- Perform tasks related to creation of business cases and winning go-to-market strategies
- Perform market research and Voice of Customer for the purpose of defining competitive landscapes and identifying gaps in product mix, which represent possible new product opportunities or market penetration strategies
- Present your internship learning experience to the leadership team.
You Have :
- You must be a current student, working toward bachelors or master's degree in engineering, or related business field with an interest in pursuing Product Management for an engineered solutions manufacturing company (non-consumer goods)
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Experienced in identifying and analyzing issues, making recommendations and implementing solutions.
- Read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical systems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., and not require sponsorship now or in the future
The salary range for this role is $18-$22 / hour.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job responsibilities outside the typical office setting.
