Join our close-knit IR team where you will feel like part of the family.With approximately 15 cases / day, this hardworking team supports each other and works toward the common goal of the best patient care possible.

Job duties to include :

• prep and recovery,
• minor procedures, and interventional procedures requiring moderate sedation.
• Schedule RNs daily / monthly
• Ability to train new staff
• Charge duties 3 days / wk
• $4K New Hire Retention Incentive, $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives :

• Internal candidates
• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department / specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Position Pay Range : $59.75-$84.35 / hour

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, Scripps Health posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range.

Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.

Required Experience / Specialized Skills :

• Minimum two (2) years IR experience
• standby call required, afterhours, weekends, and holidays
• Current CA RN License.
• Current BLS / ACLS. NIH certifications required upon completion of department orientation.
• Leadership experience required.
• ability to communicate effectively.
• critical thinking skills and ability to develop and implement standard work / process improvements.
