- Overflow unit for winter census
- Target Ratios : 1 : 7
- Shift : 12hr Nights (18 : 45-07 : 15) Tues-Thurs schedule
- 36hrs per week
- Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025
- Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day
- Specialty : Registered Nurse
- Job Description : General surgery and medical tele cardiac telemetry / medical telemetry. Various diagnosis requiring either medical intervention or surgical procedures, including medical tele patients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Years of Experience : 2 years required
- Traveler Experience required : No, unit accepts 1st time travelers
- Skills : MS / tele experience required, telemetry experience preferred, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required, use of rapid response teams required, blood product administration required, central line care / management required, peripheral line care / management required, nasal cannula required, non-invasive airway management required, isolation precautions required
- Certs : BLS and NIH required
- Locals Accepted / Rate Difference : Yes
Schedule Information
- Shift : 12hr Nights (18 : 45-07 : 15) Tues-Thurs schedule
- 36hrs per week
- RTO : 7 days MAX
- Call Requirement : None
- Float Requirement : Floating as needed to similar units
- Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend required

- PATIENT DIAGNOSES : General surgery and medical tele cardiac telemetry / medical telemetry. Various diagnosis requiring either medical intervention or surgical procedures, including medical tele patients
- Special Procedures / Unit Details : General Surgery, Surgical procedures
- Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays
Additional Details
- RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite
- Any call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR
