A day in the life.

As our Surety Client Service Representative on the Business Insurance team, you'll work directly with Client Executives, MMA colleagues, and clients.

This individual is responsible for supporting an existing book of business that processesmercial and contract surety transactions.

This includes the ability to manage workload by processing daily servicing tasks.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of suretypany markets and conditions, agency lines of authority, procedures, and underwriting guidelines are a perk.
• Excellentmunication skills to effectively service customers.
• Ability to proactively manage book of business and to develop healthy relationships in order to retain accounts.
• Be a self-starter; and problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and provide ongoing support for team members and all colleagues.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :

• College Degree is preferred
• Property & Casualty Insurance License
