Job Summary :
The Public Relations Assistant will support the Public Relations team in developing and executing communication strategies, managing media relations, and promoting positive media coverage for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Support the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
- Help manage the organization's social media accounts and contribute to content creation.
- Assist with research and analysis of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the PR team as needed.
Qualifications :
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
