Noblis is positioned to provide a Management Analyst to decision makers in the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) office under DHS to address threat anticipation, identification, and analysis support to DHS components and other decision makers.

Threat understanding at its earliest point possible is critical to driving counter activities employed by DHS components and partners, and protecting the U.

S. population and assets from naturally-occurring and man-made threats.

If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to help develop and advance DHS's new approach to countering WMD and other threats, we are actively seeking to identify personnel to join our team of talented professionals who possess the experience, vision, commitment and integrity to successfully support the strategic goals of DHS CWMD. Responsibilities include :

  • Documenting and tracking requests for information from Interagency and other government partners
  • Monitoring communications to and from government partners and maintaining accurate product distribution lists
  • Conducting quality control on core communication databases and product distribution outlets
  • Supporting meeting and engagement scheduling for federal staff
  • Training and execution of threat detection and analysis protocols and procedures
  • Additional operational support activities, as needed, based on real world events

Required Qualifications

  • Active SECRET clearance or ability to qualify for a SECRET clearance or higher, if sponsored.
  • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security suitability adjudication (i.e., security screening).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience to the responsibilities described for this role.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests.
  • Competence to function efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding work environment focused on improving health security and threat recognition.

Desired Qualifications

Previous professional work with federal, state or local government entities.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.

The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.

USD $67,800.00 - USD $105,975.00 / Yr.
