Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will take on the pivotal role of managing and leading the project team to ensure the successful and safe completion of assigned projects within budget and schedule.

You will be instrumental in maintaining the company's quality standards and achieving customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include supervising, training, coaching, and mentoring the project team, managing communications with stakeholders such as owners, architects, and subcontractors, and defining the scope of work and deliverables.

You will also be responsible for staffing, scheduling, bid processing, client relationship management, and overseeing the contractual aspects of projects.
