Responsibilities :
- Usetechnical knowledge and experience to lead projects and developproject team s overallcapabilities
- Manageall aspects of projects (planning design construction of wastewaterconveyancesystems)
- Leaddevelopment of constructiondocuments / specifications
- Handleengineering services duringconstruction
- Coordinateproject completion with otherdisciplines
- Develop mediumto large planning and design project from start tofinish
- Preparecomplete construction packages (including alldeliverables)
- Create / managecost estimates and projectschedules
- Responsiblefor completing design tasks within budget and onschedule
- Ensuresprojects meet established budgets / deliveryschedules
- Performdetailed engineering calculations / analysis
- Utilizedesign software to solve complexissues
- Mentor / trainjuniorstaff
- Meet / exceedclientexpectations
Requirements :
- Bachelorsdegree in Civil Environmental Chemical or MechanicalEngineering
- 8years of planning design and construction municipal wastewaterconveyance experience
- PELicense
- Experiencewith thefollowing :
- Preparingreviewing and approving project designs specifications schedulesand costestimates
- Processdesign treatment plant upgrades and pump stationdesign
- Dataanalysis / technical problemsolving
- Training / mentoringjuniorstaff
- Clientrelationship building (prepare / develop proposals) and a record ofwinningbusiness
Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
