The ideal candidate is an experienced handyman who prides themself on their work and providing an amazing experience to their clients.

What You'll Be Working On :

• Perform a variety of home repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Repair or replace damaged windows, doors, and locks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential properties, providing effective and efficient solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure homes are in optimal condition.
• Respond and provide estimates promptly for service requests and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide professional recommendations, and offer a world-class customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

What You'll Bring With You :

• 2+ years experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• High level of commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with excellent communication skills.
• Skilled in a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform various manual labor tasks, some may be outdoors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation :

$50,000-$90,000 annually (Base + Commission)

Work Location :

• Your territory in and around the Austin, Texas area.
• Must be local or able to relocate prior to starting.
