The Construction Project Manager responsibilities will include the planning, design and implementation of capital improvements within existing facilities as well as overseeing the construction operations, specifically relating to building systems, and technology of new development projects
Qualified individuals will have a degree in project management, facilities management, construction management or equivalent work experience.
They will have proven leadership skills, the ability to build solid relationships, strong communication skills and a high customer service work ethic.
Strong computer skills in Excel, Word and project management software are a must. Computer skills in design and 3-D modeling is not required but would be beneficial.
With properties in three states, 40% overnight travel is expected.
