PCU (Days & Nights)
1 year of acute care experience (any unit)
1 : 5 ratio currently (during covid)
$7000 Sign on, $1800 per month for 6 months housing allowance
Shift Differentials : $3.00 after 3PM, $6.00 Nights

Relocation incentives are paid out monthly for the first 6 months. Sign on bonuses are paid out 50% on first check, 25% at 6 months, and 25% at 1 year.
Housing allowances are paid out on the first check of the month each month for the first 6 months.
