Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise to lead the development of scalable, high-performance solutions.

With 8-10 years of experience in .NET Core, C#, and SQL, the successful candidate will work closely with architects and business stakeholders to customize, integrate, and enhance applications within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

The role requires a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), strong communication, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Expertise in modern development practices such as Azure DevOps, CI / CD pipeline configuration, and UI frameworks (Telerik or Kendo UI) is highly desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Solutions Development & Support :
• Develop and support robust .NET applications using .NET Core, C#, and MS Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with architects to design, build, and maintain scalable applications.
• Customize, integrate, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
• Testing Duties :
• Participate in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis.
• Other Duties as Assigned :
• Provide technical documentation for all developed solutions.
• Offer support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and other teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (10 years preferred).
• Expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, and SQL DBMS.
• Experience with ASP.NET, C# within the .NET Framework.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customizations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and data management principles.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desired Attributes :

• Knowledge of UI components like Telerik or Kendo UI.
• Experience configuring Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Federation Services, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and SMTP.
• Knowledge of data exchange formats such as XML and JSON.
• Experience automating business processes through application development.
• Familiarity with Azure App Services.
