Job Profile

  • Manage and nurture relationships with an established book of business, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain clients and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Serve as an expert on insurance products and coverage options, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to coordinate client service delivery and resolve issues.
  • Lead cross-training initiatives with service teams to enhance overall client service capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies aligned with client and business objectives

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving client retention and growth targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

MRSG N.A. is the holding company for Roanoke Insurance Group (RIG) and Munich Re Specialty Group Insurance Services (SIS) located throughout 7 locations in the United States and Canada with over 250 employees.

SIS provides insurance to retail and wholesale insurance brokers in North America. Specialty lines include ocean and inland marine, cyber, tech E&O, terrorism, active assailant & political violence.

RIG operates as a specialty insurance broker focused on surety, insurance and related offerings for logistics service providers, customs brokers and companies with supply chains.
