UTA seeks an experienced Account Manager in Los Angeles who is proactive, highly organized, thoughtful, and creative in how they think through solutions for brand clients.
You will be a key member of the Gaming and Esports Advisory and consulting team, working on strategy and advisory initiatives for endemic and non-endemic brands within the gaming space.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with the Advisory Account Director to service all retainer clients and new business initiatives
- Manage workflow and track progress on all key initiatives and campaigns
- Participate in and lead brainstorms around concepts and activation ideas for brand initiatives
- Industry research and current events tracking to keep the team up to date on trends in the space
- Assist with building and development of strategic frameworks, creative briefs and overview, opportunity overviews and insights presentations to inform brand clients of current activity and recommendations in the space
- Oversee activation of key initiatives and campaigns with creators, platforms, publishers and other partners on behalf of brand clients
- Effectuate data tracking, process documents and tool sets to ensure efficient distribution of and access to advisory data for an internal audience
- Ability to design, communicate, and present industry leading strategies to brand clients
- Consult on the visual story and flow of content to create engaging presentations
- Strong background in PowerPoint and Keynote presentation skills is a plus
What You Will Need
- 3+ years of gaming, esports, or marketing and strategy experience, with an emphasis on account management and campaign execution
- Knowledge of the broader Gaming and Esports space is a plus
- Proven ability to manage and oversee client relations and execute multiple campaigns at once
- The ability to think creatively to identify partnership opportunities and execute against those opportunities
- Strong relationships with brands and potential partners in the space
- An understanding and passion for the major cultural opportunity that exists within the gaming and esports space and an unquenchable desire to learn, absorb and grow within this industry
