Key Responsibilities :
Patient Care : Monitor patients' health status, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities.
Vital Signs : Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs to ensure their well-being.
Medical Assistance : Collaborate with doctors and registered nurses to provide comprehensive patient care.
Family Liaison : Communicate effectively with patients' families to keep them informed about their loved ones' progress.
Requirements : Valid LPN license
