This Role Is Tailor-Made For You Because
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported more than one C-Suite Executive at the same time and are ready for a new opportunity.
You enjoy providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with both internal and external clients at all levels.
You regularly exercise a high level of judgment and discretion especially as it pertains to confidential information. You are also interested in connecting the dots and ensuring that your executives are able to navigate through their days with ease.
A Day In The Life
The typical day is atypical. You will be providing executive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief People Officer (CPO).
You will manage high volume scheduling requests, provide confidential assistance while anticipating and being proactive about daily needs, organize domestic and international travel arrangements including transportation and hotel accommodations, create detailed travel itineraries and ensure that all visas and passport information are valid, manage and maintain calendars.
Keep executive(s) informed of meeting changes / updates, book conference rooms, order refreshments and have current agenda and all appropriate paperwork ready for attendees for onsite meetings.
You will assist in creating presentations for various team meetings and business events, create correspondence on behalf of the executive(s) with direction, prepare and maintain expense reports, while coordinating and completing special assignments and projects as required;
collaborate with various staff and departments; and, support ad-hoc needs as they arise.
To Land This Role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at least two C-Suite Executives
- Previous corporate experience required, corporate finance and / or law firm experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience working with Board of Directors would be a plus
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 55.00 USD - 70.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
