Overview : The Director of Recruiting role is a highly interactive sales and recruiting opportunity with leadership responsibilities.

We're looking for a high-energy, competitive, and driven leader who's eager to take their recruiting career to the next level with Jackson Physician Search.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Train and coach newer recruiters to achieve productivity goals and metrics

Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs

Communicate regularly with clients regarding search activity

Achieve productivity goals and metrics

Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates

Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up

Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment related activity

Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates

Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities

Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree preferred

Healthcare and / or staffing industry required

5+ years of successful recruitment experience preferred; more experienced candidates welcome to apply

1+ years of experience managing a team preferred

1+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred

Proven ability to handle client relationships, conflict resolution, time management, and thinking independently

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills required

Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with clients and candidates required

Stable employment history with verifiable references
