Assist Administration withcoordination and execution of preand postaward activity forapproximately 8 to 10 million per annum in external fundingincluding preaward advisement budget development submittal ofproposals through pre award and postaward nancialactivity.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Knowledgeof accounting principles and practices federal and state policiesand procedures.
Ability to analyze and interpret complexnancial data reports policies and procedures.
Procientwith computers Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel accountingsoftware applications and general ofce technology.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels ofscal personnel establish and maintain working relationships withothers.
