Analyst, Social Strategist

Short Intro and About the Job

We are looking to hire a social strategist to join our internal creative team.

• Lead strategic storytelling on social including social strategy and campaign planning, identifying social trends, and performance reporting.
• Work with internal and external creative partners to produce content.
• Be hands-on with creative : pitching ideas, writing post copy, leveraging existing content to make assets, creating memes, etc.
• Promote brand awareness and create social buzz around various initiatives
• Strategize and execute social activations, working diligently with cross functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Keep our brands relevant through brand fan engagement, building relationships with super fans, likeminded partners, and influencers.
• Manage executions cross-functionally, including any needs from Legal, CRM, Creative, Media, Product, and IT.
• Analyze program and content results, applying key learnings to optimize future projects.

This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.

• Ability to share creative ideas and work collaboratively to execute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Finger on the pulse of culture and trends that can be shared with the larger team to identify opportunities
• Thorough knowledge of the top social media networks

INDICITIVE EXPERIENCE

• Years of Experience : 0-2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing
• Previous Roles :
• Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000commensurate with experience.
