Job Title : Lab Technician
Job Description
Perform testing on production batches, raw materials, and competitive products using the following tests : pH, viscosity, density, solids, titrations, degree of flash point.
Manage database for sample, production retains, and documentation from production. Provide support to the manufacturing processes by giving guidance to adjust batch formulations if a batch is not within product specifications.
Prepare certificates of analysis for customers upon request. Calibrate and maintain lab instruments and operations equipment to known standards.
Prepare sample batches for customers and sales team. Perform stability testing on laboratory and manufacturing samples. Communicate with outside laboratories for external tests.
Serve as a resource for correct product label confirmation.
Hard Skills
