Your Responsibilities : As the Manager of Labor and Delivery and Antepartum, your role will include :
- Supervising the activities, management, and direction of the Labor & Delivery and Antepartum department in line with our organizational and departmental philosophy and goals.
- Assisting the Director in maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational performance within the Department.
- Providing leadership to Labor & Delivery and Antepartum personnel and / or students, and serving as a valuable resource for physicians, nursing staff, and patients.
- Delivering professional nursing care and offering leadership to our dedicated staff.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) required; Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred.
- Licensure : Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the Board of Registered Nurses of the State of California is required.
- Certifications : BLS Certification and ACLS required, along with NRP Certification.
- Experience : You should have at least 3 years of work experience in the area of supervision, as well as 1-3 years of progressive hospital / nursing management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise : Demonstrated competency in Labor & Delivery and Antepartum, as well as hospital and healthcare management.
Evidence of experience in successfully administering and leading organizational management programs is crucial.

- Work Schedule : Full-Time Evenings; No Weekends.
- Length of Process : Initial Phone Screen : 2 HOURS OR PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY.Next Interview : 48 HOURS OR PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY.
Onsite Interview (if required) : 7 DAYS OR PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY.
