About the Role :
We are seeking a Quick Lube and Car Wash Manager to join our team at Grease Monkey Rollingstock in Post Falls, ID. As the manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the quick lube and car wash, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of quick lube and car wash technicians
- Ensure all vehicles receive high-quality oil changes and car wash services
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a quick lube or car wash environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and car wash procedures
- Valid driver's license
