We are growing and need you! Jabil is seeking Server & Rack Assembly Trainers to work in the Florence, KY location.

How will you make an impact? The Inventory Control Trainer will conduct established training programs in the manufacturing or engineering processes.

Shifts Needed are 2nd Shift.

Hourly pay ranges from $20.50-$22.50 depending on experience.

Shift Differential for 2nd shifts and Evening / Weekend Shifts

$500 Sign-On Bonus offered for external non-Jabil employees only.

What will you do?

Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

How will you get here?

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience :

At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Experience working with components, building computers or other electronic devices.

Mechanical experience is required.

Experience with PCB's and PCBA's strongly preferred.

Linux is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience maintaining documentation.

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Experience working with computers and servers is a plus.
