As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for positioning yourself as a Sales Associate, assisting with managing corporate accounts with an emphasis on driving lasting relationships, customer satisfaction, and professional brand representation.

This is done by providing solutions tailored to customer needs. The Sales Associate will be expected to interface and proactively engage with other departments and all levels of the Maecon organization to meet customer needs and drive sales.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain relationships within an assigned territory.
  • To address and meet customers' needs
  • Team and collaborate with departments to understand solution opportunities to impact customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide added value at customer sites and support for implementation, implementation and retention / sales growth related projects
  • Contribute to implementation, retention and growth
  • Consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics
  • Establish customer and market priorities for sales managers
  • Manage program implementation for new customers
  • Utilize salesforce.com

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of business experience or a related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimum daily supervision
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Knowledge of product, product applications, pricing, competition, and sales
  • Business process impact knowledge
  • Time management skills
