Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
Location : Irving, TX
Shift : 12-Hour Days (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM)
Schedule : 3 Shifts Per Week, 34 Scheduled Hours
Hourly Pay : $34 - $55
Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team. In this critical role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac surgeries, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop nursing care plans.
- Provide attentive, safe, and therapeutic care for patients undergoing surgery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and the successful completion of surgical procedures.
- Promote patient and family education regarding post-surgical care and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a professional work environment.

Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience.
- License / Certifications :
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
