Schedule

One week of training Monday - Friday 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. after training to you would move to Monday - Friday 1 : 30 p.

m. to 10 : 00 p.m. shift.

This is a summer temporary position only, end date will be discussed in interview. Start dates available are May 23rd, May 31st and June 13th

Position Overview

Be part of a fast paced world class distribution center. Order Fulfillment Team Members process customer orders from around the world from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Must be able to

• Responsibilities will vary daily based on workload to include the Picking and Packaging process.)
• Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
• Inspect and receive product
• Prepackage product for bin / emergency stock
• Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
• Perform packaging tasks which include :
• Review pack lists to insure correct quantities
• Verify correct parts have been picked
• Box product and prepare for shipping
• Other initiatives, projects and duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum / Essential Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent at the time of employment
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
• Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees / management
• Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
• Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking / standing on concrete
• Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
• Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
• Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
• Must demonstrate the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer / client focus, ethical conduct, manages execution, personal effectiveness / credibility, and positive attitude
