ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Able to keep track of pars like detergent needs and label quantities.
- Able to follow instructions, verbal and written.
- Able to communicate effectively and respectfully with all team members.
- Able to work on your feet for the full shift.
- Motivated to work quickly, safely and intelligently when taking on all tasks.
- Able to focus on providing the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation about all kitchen equipment, standards, and kitchen maintenance.
- Must be able to safely handle commonly known food allergens included but not limited to wheat, dairy, fish, shellfish, nuts, and peanuts.
- Able to provide attention to detail with regards to labeling standards and practices.
- Able to aid Bakery and Deli staff when required.
- Able to provide professional appearance and disposition consistently.
- Able to observe potential safety and sanitation risk within dish tank.
- Able to arrange items in proper order according to predetermined locations.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly.
- Vision corrected to 20 / 20.
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
