As a Montessori Certified Guide you are an expert in :
- Sharing An Authentic Montessori Experience : Implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
- Policies and Procedures : Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Teaching and Communicating : Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Gaining Knowledge : Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.
We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have :
- Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
- Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, and previous lead teacher experience preferred.
- Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.
