Job Summary :
Are you a movie lover who enjoys entertaining people and making a positive impact on others? Look no further! We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor who shares our passion for movies and is dedicated to creating extraordinary guest experiences.

What You'll Do :
- Set the standard for guest services by ensuring that all team members meet LOOK Cinema's high-quality standards.
- Embody our company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines, promoting a professional and lively work environment.
- Assist the management team in all aspects of operations, from safety protocols to event execution, to create exciting and memorable guest experiences.
- Serve as a mentor by ensuring effective communication among hourly team members and provide guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve operational models and report on successes and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor, mentor, and guide the staff members to ensure consistent and exceptional guest experiences.
- Listen attentively, communicate effectively, and address any guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
- Make a positive impact on your team's lives by fostering a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
What You'll Need :
- A minimum of 2 years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume environment, preferably with previous dine-in theater management experience.
- Demonstrate vocal leadership and motivational skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and be a positive role model for others.
- Hold yourself and team members accountable to consistently meet dedication and behavior standards.
- Ability to acquire any required Manager Safe Serve Certification.
- Proficiency in ordering, receiving, invoicing, and inventory procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Office Tools and scheduling software.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comprehensive understanding of all teammate functions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
