Overview :

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply San Antonio Distribution Center in Selma TX.

Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 5 : 30PM until the work is done :

4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)

The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Location :

Pay : Starting at $19 an hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities :

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Efficiency and Organization : You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.

Safety First : Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

Communication and Care : Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.

Minimum Qualifications :

Extreme Temperature : Working in rotation through extreme temperatures ( 10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!

Heavy Weights : Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.

Education : High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications :

Working in a warehouse and / or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
