Job Description : The Head of Service, Parts, and Logistics Center will oversee strategic leadership and management at the MI facility.
The successful candidate will ensure top-notch customer service and efficient operations across various departments including repair services, field service, logistics, parts management, and customer support.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations of the Service and Logistics Center, ensuring efficient processes in repair, field service, logistics, parts, order processing, and support functions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, addressing their issues and feedback promptly.
- Drive operational excellence, managing logistics and service processes effectively.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to meet organizational goals.
- Liaise with global partners to optimize service and logistics strategies.
- Oversee budget management, technical support, quality control, and process documentation.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in operations or customer service, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
- Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in management preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team development and operational management.
- Extensive knowledge in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience with quality management systems such as Six Sigma.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; familiarity with Navision and Hyperion Financial Management beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities in Spanish would be an asset.
- Willing to travel up to 30%.
- Valid driver’s license.
