THE WORK
We are seeking a skilled Subcontract Administrator (SCA) to support the eCASS Program. In this role, you'll oversee and manage significant subcontracts across all stages, from proposal to execution and closure.
Some of your responsibilities will include administering Proprietary Information Agreements, preparing RFP packages, analyzing subcontractor proposals, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

You are an experienced Subcontract Administrator with a strong background in procurement and supplier management. You possess excellent analytical and organization skills, coupled with an understanding of acquisition policies and procedures.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Desired skills
Experience with supply chain activities to include procurement systems, production schedules, and IPT structures
LMAP knowledge
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Critical thinker / Problem Solver
Prior experience in a related industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated experience with negotiating skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment
