Position Overview :
The Sales Training Specialist is primarily responsible for training Redwood team members in current sales techniques, rolling out sales objectives, implement sales strategies and create workshops to enhance employee’s skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analysis of sales data and results to develop plans to address performance gaps.
- Train onsite and local outreach sales strategies.
- Train new hires and current team members the Redwood Sales Experience.
- Develop and deliver in person, interactive sales training workshops.
- Launch and roll out new sales objectives and team expectations.
- Provide a motivational and coaching onsite learning environment and experience to Redwood site teams both face-to-face and virtual learning situations.
- Implement strategies to ensure the training process is fun and interactive.
- Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing Team pre and post-new sales workshops to set metrics, progress.
- Utilize a variety of learning / development / training techniques to adapt to different learning styles.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and delivery of coaching and training plans that support local and corporate goals and objectives.
- Designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive sales training programs that align with Redwood's sales strategies and objectives.
- Reporting and providing insights and solutions to continuously improve our sales training program.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies to acquire new customers and clients.
- Monitor industry selling trends and consumer buying behavior.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 3-5 years of multifamily or sales training experience.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training material.
- Excellent computer skills : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
- 75% to 80% travel expected.
Physical Requirements :
In this role, the employee will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, desk phones, iPhone, photocopiers, etc.
The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, bend and walk with the ability to lift 20 pounds where applicable.
