Description of Position
Our Service Division offers complete HVAC solutions, from repairs and scheduled service, to complete system renovations. HVAC Service Project Engineers assist Project Managers in developing solutions for the challenges that our clients are experiencing.
Clients’ needs range from emergency services and system repair / correction to energy retrofit, DDC control upgrades, equipment replacement, and complete system renovation.
Pay Range : $80,000.00 $100,000.00
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Assist Client and / or Project Managers with estimating repairs, creating service agreements, developing solutions and staying on track for projects
- Communicate information and provide project management assistance to technicians on assigned accounts
- Provide project design services within your skillset and subject to review and approval
- Deliver technical and estimating assistance to service Project Manager
- Coordinate & schedule field activities through dispatcher & directly with service technicians
- Respond to field service quote requests
- Utilize service project coordinators to assist with purchasing, subcontractor coordination, and job set up / management of tasks
- Actively participate in all safety activities and to create and manage a safe working environment in every aspect possible
- Other tasks and projects as periodically assigned
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management or other equivalent degrees)
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with AutoCad
- Able to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Commitment to continual learning and professional development
