Job Title : Cadillac Service Advisor at Frank Kent Cadillac

Job Summary :

As a Cadillac Service Advisor at Frank Kent Cadillac, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining customer relationships.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through their service needs, scheduling appointments, providing estimates, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of service.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, located in Arlington, Texas.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and act as the primary contact for all service-related inquiries
  • Schedule service appointments over the phone and in person
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for service costs and timelines
  • Communicate with technicians and service managers to ensure the timely completion of service requests
  • Maintain exceptional customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
  • Update customers on the status of their vehicle and any necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Coordinate loaner cars or alternate transportation for customers as needed
  • Keep detailed records of service transactions, including payments and invoices
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the dealership for any warranty or insurance claims
  • Stay up-to-date on Cadillac products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Knowledge of Cadillac products and services is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
