Responsibilities :
- Overall responsibility of the restaurant
- Delegate responsibilities to other managers and team members
- P&L, Budgets, Labor Costs, Food Costs, etc.
- Inventory
- Train, coach and discipline in accordance with company policies
Qualifications :
- 2 years + experience as salaried GM in restaurants; casual or quick-casual full-service experience desired
- Enjoys working late nights instead of early mornings
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Outstanding work ethic
- Guest-focused and service-driven
- Proven ability to train and motivate a team
- Desire to be a part of a winning team
