Construction Superintendent - Mission Critical
We have partnered with a top national GC and are assisting them in a search for Superintendents and Senior Superintendents for their Mission Critical Data Center division.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Scheduling
- Run Foreman meetings
- QA / QC
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Sr. Superintendent for a reputable GC on ground up projects.
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
