Job Summary : Will provide ambulatory transportation for enrollees of Senior Network Health using Senior Network Healths vehicles.
Individual will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the vehicle he / she is responsible for
Education Requirements
Education / Experience Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in community based elder care and / or home healthcare preferred.
- Valid NYS Drivers license with exceptional driving record required.
