In support of the store manager,
- Organize, plan and implement operational strategies.
- Coordinate retail store operations and inventory control.
- Ensure employees meet schedules and objectives, leading by example.
- Train and coach employees, carrying out effective disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Provide urgent and courteous customer service.
- Provide basic bookkeeping duties to include invoicing, timecards, fuel reconciliation, deposits, credit card transactions, etc.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships; including maintenance, inventory control and lottery management.
- Troubleshoot operational issues with fuel pumps, carwashes, and other mechanical equipment.
- Maintain and enforce a safe working environment, free from safety hazards
- Order merchandise, process returns, keep inventory stocked, and ensure professional product presentation.

- Utilize Microsoft Office products and basic office equipment to complete the essential functions and duties.
Minimum Requirements :
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license (for off-site meetings).
- Candidates offered a position will be subject to a criminal background check. Adverse results are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may result in disqualification if the circumstances are directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Must be 18 years or older.
