    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will join an experienced team dedicated to providing services to our clients across the city.

    You will be a part of maximizing a system that has been in operation for over 20 years and enjoying great growth and optimizing potential for the company.

    The ideal candidate has a customer service mind, a good understanding of the cleaning business, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all operational aspects of the business
    • Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
    • Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Inspections and data entry from inspections. (Contact franchisee as needed)
    • Communicate with all office and sales staff to ensure client needs are met.
    • Complete walk through, rotations and new account start ups when needed.
    • Ensure data entry is complete and franchisee has all documents needed.
    • Finish all data entry and paperwork complete and on time.
    • Fill out Daily Production Report.
    • Train Franchise Owners. (When needed)
    • Respond to complaints, find and implementing solutions.
    • Follow up on client complaints to ensure they are satisfied.
    • After hours inspections as needed.
    • Assist with cleaning as needed.
    • Handle all office calls that are transferred after 5 : 00 P.M.
    • Duties may change as office need and structure dictates.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
    • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Knowledge in the commercial cleaning industry or the desire to learn all aspects of commercial cleaning (recommended, not required)
    • The ability to lead, direct and motivate additional staff
    • Spanish speaking (is recommended, not required)
    • Confidence and ability to provide on-site training (On the job training provided)
    • Customer service skills
    • Background check required
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
